About the Role

You will work closely with our technical teams to understand the technical aspects of our projects and how they align with business needs. Your expertise will be essential in developing detailed functional specifications that clearly outline project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows
  • Develop detailed functional specifications
  • Work with technical teams to ensure specifications are technically feasible
  • Prioritize user stories based on business value and technical feasibility
  • Maintain a backlog of user stories and ensure they are kept up-to-date and well-documented

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
