About the Role

This position will be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, shaping promotion strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business insights in areas such as promotion effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Define and operationalize metrics that measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty.
  • Prioritize analytical projects, balancing quick wins with deep-dive strategic analyses.
  • Manage a team of analysts, guiding them in methodology and prioritization.
  • Explore AI/ML tools to improve customer segmentation and churn prediction.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen data infrastructure and governance standards.
  • Communicate clear, actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in business insights or analytics, preferably in B2C retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong track record in building and operationalizing customer metrics (e.g., retention, repeat, churn).
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools and SQL.
  • Experience in leading a small analytics team or mentoring analysts.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM is a strong plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
