Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Insights to lead our Contracting IQ Rollout and drive user adoption across medical benefit products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive user adoption and expand tool capabilities to medical benefit products including provider contracting and ASP calculation
  • Provide analytics oversight to 6-8 analytics team members supporting Market Access Teams and Patient Access and Reimbursement (PAR) teams
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Payer Marketing and Pricing/Contracting teams to build and prioritize analytics and insights plan
  • Constructively challenge teams by providing disconfirming information and encouraging innovative problem solving
  • Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and data sets including prescription, outlet, medical, and pharmacy claims

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Science, Statistics, or related field
  • OR Master's degree in same fields plus 2 years of business experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree in same fields plus 4 years of business experience
