Enterprise Information Security Director

Oversees the planning, deployment, and management of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.

Key Responsibilities:- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Infrastructure Planning: Develops and implements IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains partnerships with key vendors to ensure optimal service level agreements.
- Disaster Recovery: Oversees disaster recovery and business continuity planning processes.
- System Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitors system performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Cybersecurity Leadership:
- Cybersecurity Policies: Develops and enforces comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Risk Management: Conducts regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats.
- Security Tool Management: Oversees the implementation and maintenance of security tools, including firewalls, antivirus software, SIEM systems, and endpoint protection.
- Incident Response: Leads incident response efforts and conducts forensic investigations to determine root causes of security breaches.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Team Management: Directs a team of IT and security professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams to align IT and security strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Provides regular updates to senior management on infrastructure and security posture, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
