Job Title: Enterprise Security Architect

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our team in developing and implementing robust security architectures that mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of our systems. As an Associate Director Information Security Engineering, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and articulating business risks, developing secure solutions, and driving our overall security strategy and architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-level security technologies, including identity and access management, end-user security controls, and network security. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security architectures that align with business objectives
  • Evaluate and recommend security solutions to address identified risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related matters
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on security best practices

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT information security
  • Deep understanding of security technologies, including identity and access management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP or SANS certifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
