About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the branch, with a focus on new sales. The incumbent will lead a team of sales professionals, reporting to the Branch Manager, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving Sales Targets
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
    • Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and maximize conversion of leads into sales
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Identify upselling opportunities and implement strategies to achieve defined targets
    • Regularly visit customers to maintain a good liaison and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Receivable Management
    • Review daily collections and set plans to achieve collection targets within defined timelines
    • Ensure predefined Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) is achieved
    • Ensure timely submission of invoices and obtain necessary acknowledgments
  • Team Development
    • Conduct regular team meetings to set agendas and discuss performance
    • Periodically review team member performance and conduct annual performance development reviews
    • Analyze sales trends and develop plans to improve team performance
Requirements
  • Consistent performance over the last 2 years, with a PDR rating of 3 and above
  • For sales colleagues, in addition to PDR ratings, target achievement of 90%+ for the last 2 years
  • Ability to converse well in English and the regional language as per the location applied
