We are seeking a Staff Technical Support Engineer to join our team in the field of AI Access and SaaS Security.

This role requires a senior escalation point who can guide customers through the complexities of GenAI app adoption, ensuring safe and effective use of AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a technical support engineer role, with a focus on network security technologies. Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols (SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, etc.) is required.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the safe adoption of AI technologies and secure use of SaaS applications, resolving complex issues related to the safe adoption of GenAI apps and protection of SaaS applications.

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and partners, particularly in the areas of AI Access Security and SaaS Security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the safe adoption of GenAI apps and protection of SaaS applications
  • Offer best practices and configurations to optimize security solutions for our clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level support to customers and partners, focusing on AI Access Security and SaaS Security.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex issues related to GenAI app adoption and SaaS application security.
  • Security Optimization: Offer tailored recommendations to enhance security solutions for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical support engineer role
  • Expertise in network security technologies, including Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols
  • Familiarity with Cloud Security and CASB services, as well as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
