We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Gateway Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance API gateways using AWS services. They will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining API gateways with Lambda and Athena, as well as troubleshooting issues and ensuring high availability.

Responsibilities:
  • API Gateway Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain API gateways using API Gateway, Lambda, and Athena.
  • Secure and Scalable Solutions: Implement secure and scalable API solutions to support multiple applications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs with front-end and back-end systems.
  • Documentation: Document API specifications and maintain up-to-date development guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tech Stack: API Gateway, Lambda, Athena, and relevant AWS services.
  • Expertise: Strong experience in designing and managing API gateways with AWS services.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Lambda functions and Athena for data processing and querying.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of API security, authentication, and optimization techniques.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple API projects.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and Agile development processes.
