About this role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead a team of professionals and drive the migration to a modern enterprise architecture.

This leadership role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions while guiding the team through transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the integration team to define goals and ensure timely delivery
  • Driving the migration from custom solutions to SoftwareAG WebMethods
  • Managing APIs & Middleware (Azure APIM, WebMethods API Gateway)
  • Designing and maintaining REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, and workflows
  • Ensuring integration security (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–8 years in WebMethods, BizTalk, API Gateway & integration solutions
  • Expertise in API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, messaging protocols)
  • Strong experience with APIM, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Kafka/RabbitMQ
  • Coding skills: C#, JavaScript, or Python
  • Knowledge of microservices, ESB, BPM & workflow automation

PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE

  • Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Mgmt)
  • DevOps (CI/CD in Azure), certifications in WebMethods/APIM
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide integration projects
  • Agile, JIRA/Confluence familiarity
