
Business Growth Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the strategic development and growth of a key business within our overall portfolio. This position involves end-to-end responsibility for driving sales expansion and profitability, leveraging expertise in market trends, customer preferences, and supply chain management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end operations, from planning to execution, with a focus on scalability and predictability.
- Drive revenue growth through effective demand generation and market penetration strategies.
A strong track record of delivering results in pure-play Key Account management roles is essential, along with experience in managing rural areas sales exposure and B2B Sales in FMCG/Ecommerce industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end operations, including planning, execution, and scaling up.
- Sales Growth and Profitability: Drive revenue expansion through effective demand generation and market penetration strategies.
