Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to drive client satisfaction, support business growth, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments to deliver world-class telecom solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong connections with our clients, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, key suppliers, and partners to enhance collaboration and drive business opportunities.
  • Client Satisfaction: Evaluate company practices to ensure clients receive maximum value and satisfaction from our services.
  • Business Opportunities: Identify potential business opportunities and relay them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Clients Education: Educate clients about LotusTelco's products, services, and special offers, ensuring they stay informed about our latest solutions.
  • Client Complaints: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Client Feedback: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and propose strategies for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our services meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Customer Management: Oversee and utilize the customer relationship management system to streamline interactions and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience: Experience in client relationship management, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • CRT Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer satisfaction strategies is an asset.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
