Training and Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in field sales training and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. They will be able to design and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of our sales teams. Additionally, they will have excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Hire Training and Refresher Training for sales teams
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs that improve business productivity
  • Facilitate soft skill and behavioral trainings for sales and non-sales stakeholders
  • Cohort people in real-time through field training and interventions
  • Drive self-learning initiatives at regional offices through e-Learning platforms

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales training
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
