Business Growth Manager Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to support senior leadership in driving the expansion of learning services sales across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts, fostering strategic partnerships and identifying growth opportunities across regions.
  • Conduct market research to uncover unmet needs or service gaps that could represent new business prospects.
  • Develop tailored sales materials and presentations to support upsell and renewal initiatives.
  • Coordinate responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Monitor win/loss data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in account management, client services, project coordination, or operations roles.
  • Proven ability to work in professional services, learning, or talent development sectors.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a strong operational focus.
