Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced sales professionals to lead our teams in North, South, East, West & Central India. The successful candidate will own their territory, drive results, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a strong dealer/distributor network in your region.
- Craft effective sales strategies and meet ambitious targets.
- Nurture long-term client relationships.
- Lead and mentor Business Development Manager (BDM) and Channel Relationship Representative (CRR) teams.
Requirements
- MBA preferred or relevant business experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in solar/renewable/channel sales with 3 years in leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of financial products, particularly retail loans.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
