Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to lead our teams in North, South, East, West & Central India. The successful candidate will own their territory, drive results, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a strong dealer/distributor network in your region.
  • Craft effective sales strategies and meet ambitious targets.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor Business Development Manager (BDM) and Channel Relationship Representative (CRR) teams.

Requirements

  • MBA preferred or relevant business experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in solar/renewable/channel sales with 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of financial products, particularly retail loans.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
