Job Overview:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive to source loans from the market and build a high-quality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market, acquiring business through effective strategies.
- Maintaining a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
- Staying updated on retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identifying changing market trends, developing new channels for acquiring business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Recommending process improvements across Retail Banking to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Any degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or related fields.
