We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Regional Business Head for our IT Staffing and Contract Hiring division.

\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new client development, business growth, and revenue generation. They will be responsible for leading a team of IT hiring experts and driving business and marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth\
  • Lead a team of IT hiring experts to deliver high-quality staffing and recruitment services\
  • Source candidates using job postings and other platforms\
  • Manage key client accounts and develop strong relationships with clients\
  • Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and performance\
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions\
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of services\
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT staffing market and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to the leadership team\
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve business operations and efficiency\
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals\
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence\
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing IT hiring experts\
  • Implement processes and systems to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of service delivery\
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members\
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes\
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources\
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations and activities\
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices\
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors\
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their career goals\
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and initiatives\
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship within the team\
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management\
  • Be available to work flexible hours as needed to meet business objectives\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, HR)\
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development, business growth, and revenue generation\
  • Proven track record of success in IT staffing and contract hiring\
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members\
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions\
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective solutions\
  • Experience with sourcing platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of the IT staffing market\
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financials, pricing, and revenue models\
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility\
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications\
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner\
  • High level of emotional intelligence, with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills\
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\
