Commercial Leasing Growth Leader

The Leasing Director will lead a team to drive business growth and maintain revenue. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in leasing and a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the leasing business by managing a team and developing revenue growth strategies.
- Maintain regular tracking of key performance indicators, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Keep track of upcoming supply and identify early-stage opportunities by actively engaging with clients and developers.
- Participate in large transactions and assist the team in closing deals with expertise.
- Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists along with identified client lists.
- Ensure transaction closures across asset classes.
- Monitor team performance and develop policies related to work, health, and safety.
