We are seeking a professional with expertise in leasing and marketing to promote our godown/warehouse rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our rental services through strategic online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential clients across logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant industries.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate site visits and client presentations with the operations team.
  • Create listings on property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, IndiaMART) and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for local travel.
