
Senior Financial Growth Strategist

We are a category-1 Merchant Banker with a pan-India presence, offering comprehensive services in financial advisory, engineering, resolution, and valuation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the product department within the location of Mumbai and obtaining mandates from various organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth of the product department (TEV, LIE, ASM & Valuation) within the location of Mumbai
- Obtaining mandates from Banks, FIs, NBFCs, ARCs, PEs etc for products from the region earmarked
- Developing strong relationships with various PSU and Private Banks, FIs, NBFCs
- Finalising commercial terms for mandates in consultation with Vertical heads
- Coordination with execution teams for execution of mandates as per agreed timelines
- Serving as the single point of contact for clients
- Market analysis and staying up-to-date on current market happenings
- Ensuring timely submission of reports and invoices to clients
- Collections of payments for mandates generated
- Gathering sectoral knowledge
- Keeping bankers informed about new research reports/insights published by LSI
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in business development for advisory reports of TEV, LIE, ASM, and Valuation
- Strong connections with PSU Banks and Private Banks
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality
- Around 10 years of experience in business development in the financial domain
