Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our pricing function, you will play a crucial role in driving business competitiveness and profitability.

This position offers the opportunity to develop into a key business leader as the impact and scale of the pricing function grow.

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Drive pricing strategies across all portfolios, sectors, and routes to market aligned closely with market trends and identify opportunities for margin improvement while improving customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, and delivery functions to identify new cross-portfolio opportunities, influence pricing strategy, and execution.
  • Business Insights: Track profitability of business and connect with business leaders for sharing timely insights and analysis.
  • Market Forecasting: Forecast revenue potential and market share based on market trends, costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial and Analytical Experience: Proven expertise delivering pricing improvements against multiple P&L lines.
  • Pricing Professional Experience: 3-8 years of experience as a pricing professional with a basic knowledge of the industry, specifically market and competitor positioning, offerings, pricing approaches & strategies, and general trends.
  • Data Analysis Techniques: In-depth knowledge of relevant statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Data Modelling: Proficiency in data modelling using Excel/VBA and/or other relevant toolsets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence key stakeholders, effective reporting and presentation skills, enthusiastic and proactive team player.
  • Desirable Qualification: CA / CMA Passed out candidates preferred.
