Job Title: Senior Advisor

Description

The role of Senior Advisor involves the administration and maintenance of price lists. Key activities include ensuring the accuracy of product information, setting up new products, deleting existing ones, creating promotions, handling customer queries, and providing support for accounts payable and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product additions and deletions in the price list system and maintain all product and pricing information.
  • In partnership with Accounts Payable, review and reconcile any invoice pricing discrepancies in ESO SA. Ensure promotional information is entered accurately and in accordance with ANZ promotional calendars. Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ahead of each promotional period, test all promotions using ANZ test rigs to ensure accuracy.
  • Produce reports (e.g., export files regarding product, pricing promotions) in response to ad hoc requests.
  • When required, update direct price files for ANZ supplier submission portals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 4 years of retail experience (e.g., retail operations and/or retail support).
  • Strong communication and partnership skills.
  • Validated commercial competence.
  • The ability to think analytically and address problems.
  • Experience with retail price book tools is preferred.
