Growth Development Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our designated region. This role involves developing and executing strategies to onboard new clients, ensure sustainable growth, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Account Management:
- Manage B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication.
- Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, helping them understand how our platform can enhance their services.
- Business Growth & Expansion:
- Take ownership of growth in the designated region, analyzing growth metrics and ensuring goals are met.
- Develop strategies for business expansion, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Training & Development:
- Provide necessary training and support to clients, maintaining and managing CRM systems.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively, in-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry, and familiarity with CRM tools.
