Job Overview:
Expand Benow presence through strategic sales growth and merchant relationships. Key responsibilities include developing distribution channels, building merchant connections, driving offline merchant adoption, onboard new merchants, accelerating geographic expansion, training key merchants on payment solutions, and monitoring competition.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales distribution channels across assigned territories to drive sustainable financial growth.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with current and potential merchants to boost recurring business.
- Drive Benow acceptance among offline merchants in urban and rural areas.
- Onboard new merchants to expand Benow's reach and attract the right type of merchants.
- Promote acceleration of our presence in the offline space by driving merchant acquisition and servicing within an assigned geographical area.
- Train key merchants on various payment solutions and product presentations.
- Monitor market competition and share insights with leadership teams for informed decision-making.
