Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and a good understanding of identity and access management principles.

  • Design and implement solutions surrounding Identity Access Management (IAM).
  • Develop and maintain applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Integrate web services using secure protocols.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of identity governance workflows.
  • Assist in the automation of existing IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technology peers and business partners to drive solution design.
  • Develop and maintain applications, focusing on scalability and reliability.
  • Ensure seamless integration of web services.
  • Participate in capacity planning, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high availability of identity directory services.
  • Provide input on new technologies and ensure effective integration with other technical infrastructure components.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Java development and hands-on experience with IAM.
  • Good knowledge of web services, including SOAP and REST.
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of SailPoint IIQ are preferred but not required.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google is a plus.
  • Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access controls (PBAC) is beneficial.
  • A general understanding of Agile processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to illustrate and solve business problems.
