Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Rewards Business Partner to drive operational success in our team. This role entails implementing compensation and benefit programs that align with corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of applicable experience in Rewards or P&O discipline.
- Sound understanding of applied compensation principles, including technical expertise in job evaluation, benchmarking, market analysis, compensation program design, and rewards design techniques.
- Experience in global operations, including operational excellence, governance, compliance, and operational transformation.
- Ability to perform complex analyses and work with Rewards and P&O systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive the team in achieving operational conversion of Rewards strategic objectives.
- Implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs.
- Analyze labor market trends and provide input on salary structure and adjustments.
- Perform analyses on market and internal data to ensure competitiveness of reward structure.
- Report and interpret analysis results and make recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and efficient daily Rewards processes.
- Contribute to Rewards projects at country or BU level.
Requirements
- Bachelor / first university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of applicable experience.
- Experience in Rewards or other P&O discipline.
