About the Role

As a Rewards Business Partner Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the team in operational conversion of strategic objectives. This involves implementing competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs that align with corporate guidelines to attract and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the operational conversion of Rewards strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  2. Implement and maintain competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs, adhering to corporate guidelines.
  3. Analyze labor market trends and provide input on salary structure and adjustments based on survey data.
  4. Perform analyses on market and internal data to ensure competitiveness of reward structures.
  5. Report and interpret analysis results, making recommendations to support establishment of Rewards programs aligned with organizational strategy.
  6. Maintain accurate and efficient daily Rewards processes, supporting dedicated client groups.
  7. Contribute to Rewards projects at country or BU level, ensuring successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience, preferably in Rewards or other P&O disciplines.
  • Solid understanding of applied compensation principles, including technical expertise in job evaluation, benchmarking, market analysis, compensation program design, planning, and forecasting.
  • Governance and compliance knowledge, with experience in global operations.
  • Ability to perform complex analyses and work with Rewards and P&O systems.
