Rewards Program Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our rewards programs. This includes designing and implementing competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs that align with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Conversion: Support the team in converting strategic objectives into actionable plans.
  • Compensation Design: Develop and implement compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Benchmarking: Participate in benchmarking processes to analyze labor market trends and inform business decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to ensure the competitiveness of our reward structures.
  • Reporting: Report and interpret analysis results to support program establishment and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience in rewards or P&O disciplines.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of applied compensation principles and technical expertise in job evaluation, benchmarking, market analysis, compensation program design, and forecasting.
  • Global Operations: Experience in operational excellence, governance, compliance, operational transformation, and using data to drive decision-making.
