Operations and Credit Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Credit Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for calculating, analyzing, tracking, and reporting operational KPIs and metrics to drive efficiency and quality of O2C processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calculate, analyze, track, and report operational KPIs and metrics to drive efficiency and quality of O2C processes.
  • Evaluate whether KPIs are properly reported and displayed via dashboards.
  • Provide services at expected levels with a strong focus on customer service and resolving/escalating issues timely.
  • Interact proactively with stakeholders to ensure appropriate service levels.
  • Increase process efficiency and quality by continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure compliance issues are closed timely.
  • Train the O2C team in compliance and KPI understanding.
  • Evaluate credit risk and develop effective collections strategies.
  • Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented, in line with standards and adhered to.
  • Ensure the completion and high-quality of SOX related controls with adequate proof of evidence.
  • Accompany and support internal audits and reviews.
  • Comply with Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM) and regulatory requirements.

  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Have proven experience in credit risk assessment and collections strategies.
  • Show familiarity with SOX related controls and compliance requirements.
