
Chief Partnership Growth Officer

Drive business expansion and partnership growth across multiple sectors at a leading interior solutions company. Identify high-potential markets, engage with prospects, onboard partners, and ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities for expansion, conducting on-ground research to map demand clusters and competition.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify high-quality franchise prospects across categories, building a strong pipeline of partners aligned with the company's criteria.
- Partner Engagement & Conversion: Drive end-to-end meetings and presentations with prospective partners, pitching the company's franchise models and negotiating agreements to close conversions.
- Onboarding & Store Launch Support: Guide partners through franchise agreement, financial formalities, and store setup requirements, ensuring stores go live within defined timelines.
- Performance & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets, maintaining accurate reports on lead funnel, partner status, and conversion ratios.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or channel sales
- Proven track record of partner onboarding and achieving aggressive sales targets
- Exposure to building materials, interiors, furniture, laminates, tiles, or related industries is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets
