Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles. They should be confident communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors) and have excellent organizational and proactive skills.

The role involves maintaining internal trackers, conducting market research to support new initiatives, and working closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling
  • Supporting onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff
  • Collaborating with the founder to improve conversion strategies

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for international education, youth development, or edtech. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
