Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless delivery of Corporate Actions, Margin calls and resolution of client financing issues.

The role involves working closely with various internal departments to ensure clients' needs are understood and met. You will promote a consultative approach through deep knowledge of your clients and their portfolios, offering appropriate solutions and guiding them through the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Post-trade responsibilities - ensure seamless delivery of Corporate Actions, Margin calls and resolution of client financing issues.
  • Operations oversight and technology development assistance.
  • Client reviews and close Collaboration with the wider APAC Prime RM : 
  • Swaps: Setup, Resets
  • Existing clients additional setup:
  • Platform Development:
  • Regulatory Updates:
  • Controls & Procedures: 
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

· At least 5 years previous experience in Prime Brokerage Onboarding / Transition role

· Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal skill and ability to lead and manage project independently. 

· Independent, resourceful, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and able to deliver within the project timeline.

· Strong understanding of MS Office suite and its application (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Language: English
