Sales Development Representative

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for generating leads from assigned banks, cross-selling various financial products to bank customers, and developing customer relationships. Your primary objective will be to increase sales completion by facilitating the issuance of policy documents.
- Generate leads from assigned banks and explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments.
- Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers and ensure prompt issue of policy documents.
- Develop customer relationships and support other relationship managers and the bank sales team as needed.
- Leads will be generated from the assigned bank.
- Customer business development.
- Relationship management.
- Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company.
- Make appointments, explore the customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, and accurately complete sales documentation.
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Experience in Life/Health/General Insurance preferred.
