Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients from provided leads and directories.

Your primary goal will be to engage in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) using a polished, professional tone. You will clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings, qualify potential leads, and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.

You will maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Additionally, you will handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
