HCM Consultant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a HCM Functional Consultant, leading Oracle HCM projects with high-impact results.

As a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty by providing quality work products and implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technology, analytical problem-solving skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead HCM Fusion projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and HCM Schemas, including data model, PL/SQL, and integrations.
  • Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, design, build, and configure complex solutions in Oracle EBS HRMS R12.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Foundation: Proven experience in OTL, learning, compensation and benefits, talent management, and technical experience in data model, PL/SQL, and integrations.
  • Implementation Expertise: At least 2 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
