HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description

As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will provide top-class support and foster customer loyalty. Whether onsite or sharing expertise via the cloud, you will operate independently to deliver quality work products on engagements.

You will perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
  • Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
  • Act as team lead on projects
  • Advise management of customer organizations
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • OTL, learning, Compensation and Benefits, Talent management experience (strong experience in at least one or two modules)
  • Fast Formula, Retro functionalities experience
  • Data model of HCM Schemas, plsql technical experience
  • Functional document preparation (e.g., Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, System Test scripts and application setup)
  • Complex requirements design, build, and configuration in Oracle EBS HRMS R12
  • Conduct design workshops and build workbooks and documentation to support system design
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions and reports
  • Identify, assess and resolve complex functional issues/problems
  • Extensions, Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations experience
  • R12.2 Upgrade experience

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Superb communication skills – written & verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all collaborators
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner
  • Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive
