Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in functional areas of work? Do you have experience with Oracle Cloud and a passion for delivering high-quality results? We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Specialist.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the use of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions that meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional areas of work, including absence and overtime management. They will also have proficiency in using Oracle Cloud tools and technologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on the use of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including absence and overtime management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud.
  • Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
