We are seeking an Oracle Specialist to join our team, responsible for implementing and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module, and a strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement the Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Oracle certification preferred but not required
