Job Title: Oracle Finance Expert

You will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, driving business growth through efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • End-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using best practices.
  • Functional Consulting:
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Define data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support.
  • Project Collaboration:
  • Work with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in design reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Application Composer and workflow configurations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel onsite if required.
