Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS. They will also possess strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.

Additionally, they will be proficient in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud, as well as familiar with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.

Our consultants work closely with client finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices. They configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.

They also develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers. Furthermore, they configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.
