Job Description:

As a seasoned Financial Consultant Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. This challenging position requires expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB).

Responsibilities include acting as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS modules, possessing hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, configuring Oracle EBS Modules, and participating in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, working with clients, other IT departments, and suppliers as appropriate.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, providing Tier-3 functional support when required.
  • Support key business processes/activities including Month end and Year end support activities to Business users.

Additionally, you will partner with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.

Qualification Criteria:

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB). A strong understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) is also essential.

  1. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be skilled in preparing BR100, MD50, TE40, and functional test scripts, and have solid understanding of US GAAP or international accounting standards.
