Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a HCM Functional Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. This will involve analyzing complex business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle's HCM products and technology, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in HCM Implementations with at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS R12, including data models, PL/SQL, and functional flows of HRMS cycles.
  • Experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, and conducting Conference Room Pilots.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive.
