Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to fill this key position. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

  • Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Payroll (US) with various combinations of Oracle Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.
  • Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing customized solutions.
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
