Global Oracle HCM Implementation Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as a strong knowledge of HR technology solutions and shared services functions.

In this key role, you will oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally. You will lead and manage the implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules, work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation, and act as the primary liaison between business units and the implementation team.

You will be responsible for driving digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

The role involves developing and delivering training materials and user guides, planning pilots, testing, providing end-user training and support, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.

To succeed in this position, you will need advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus, experience with Oracle HCM implementation and project management, knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems, high proficiency in Excel, macro, and other report automation tools, and familiarity with Gen AI tools, data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
