As a Technical Specialist in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will play a key role in delivering technical expertise to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and related technologies, including Core HR, Benefits, and integration tools.

  • Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis and integration with other systems.
  • Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Have functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
  • Understand the Redwood framework.
  • Understand Journey configuration.
  • Perform Page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.

You will be part of a team that works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will provide training and support to business users and work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
