Job Title: Healthcare Operations Director

This is a leadership role that oversees all aspects of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustained business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in managing large teams.
  • Optimizing operational processes to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Driving expansion initiatives and contributing to business development activities.
  • Planning and managing workloads related to service management and projects.
  • Overseeing communication protocols, escalations, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
  • Implementing and driving continuous service improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Balancing customer demands while maintaining alignment with contractual service agreements.
  • Defining and monitoring Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) to ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Reviewing and analyzing monthly reports, project performance, and progress.
  • Managing cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.
  • Ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Leading transition management efforts for operational changes and improvements.
  • Spearheading management initiatives to drive long-term operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.
  • Developing strategies for customer servicing and retention.
  • Maintaining sustained margin growth year over year.
  • Building consensus and commitment among teams to achieve the organization's vision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 to 23 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent delegation skills, negotiation skills, and strong people management skills.
