Virtual Medical Centre Leadership Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Virtual Medical Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a diverse team across various functions including operations, administration, finance, and human resources.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing command centre operations and support for doctors, patients, and paramedics
  • Auditing daily activities to ensure compliance and quality
  • Mentoring, guiding, and reviewing team performance
  • Encouraging professional growth and conducting performance reviews


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership, healthcare operations expertise, and people management abilities. You should also have experience working with finance teams on payments, collections, and reconciliations as well as supervising scheduling, office management, and command centre tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or postgraduate in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in English and Tamil are required, with knowledge of Telugu and Hindi being an added advantage.

Key qualifications for this role include:
  • 5–8 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or operations
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to work across operations, finance, HR, and administration
