Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead and guide a team of architects/senior architects on projects from concept design to handover.

Responsibilities include managing the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings, ensuring project alignment with client design goals, and striving for excellence in design.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to initiate and develop design concepts to a detailed level, lead communication between project teams, clients, PMC, contractors, and consultants, and ensure all work is carried out to client requirements.

Additionally, the candidate will anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues, provide design and technical guidance, and offer innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges.

The role also involves undertaking detailed design work, validating designs, conducting meetings with clients and consultants, and maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
