Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Senior Project Coordinator. This position is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of new web projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, identify key deliverables, and establish timelines for completion.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining website projects, ensuring content remains up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ensure quality of content by providing quick, effective turnaround on website changes.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather and analyze data on website performance.
  • Provide support to the project lead to ensure that project objectives are met and project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
