Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to lead consulting assignments in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to governance procedures.
  • Supervise work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Communicate with clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Provide project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel if required.
