Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to other cities for project sites.
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of MEP and local authority approvals processes.
  • Review all drawings and BOQ for the project and take ownership of the same.
  • Plan the complete project milestone, procurement plan and present it to the business team.
  • Maintain attention to detail and adhere to the quality of installation at each stage of construction ensuring the build partners stick to the specified makes and models.
  • Coordinate with consultants, Architects, and multiple vendors from the initial stage to final handover to the client.
  • Apply logical thinking and bring in value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during the pre-construction and construction stages of the project.

Skillset Required

  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management is mandatory.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail are required.

Experience Required

  • Project management professional with a minimum of 02 -04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.
